While we want 100% customer satisfaction, we are currently only accepting returns of new electronic components, tools, and hardware for exchanges only, and we require notification within 21 days of shipping date. Vintage and one of a kind pieces, artwork, and select other items are non-returnable, unless they are grossly different from their description.
Electronics and Circuit Bending can be great fun, but also dangerous - please be careful! We want to see and hear your stuff for years to come.
Limitation of Liability:
Get Bent's liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement of defective products in accordance with our limited warranty.
Get Bent shall not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages for breach of any warranty, expressed or implied, directly or indirectly arising out of Get Bent's sale of products and services, including any failure to deliver any merchandise, or arising out of customer's installation or use, whether proper or improper, of the product, separately or in combination with other equipment, or from any other cause.
Products sold by Get Bent are not authorized for use as critical components in life support devices or systems.
